Laal, established in August 2021 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, began with a commitment to support Himalayan artisanal communities during this challenging period and has continued its mission thereafter. As a family-run online boutique based in Geneva, Switzerland, we collaborate with artisans and small businesses across the Himalayan regions of Pakistan, India, and Nepal. Our enduring mission is to globally showcase their exceptional cashmere and Pashmina scarves, while preserving centuries-old art. Each scarf in our collection is handcrafted with meticulous care, utilizing age-old local techniques that marry traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. The result is a range of ethically and sustainably produced luxurious scarves representing timeless elegance.
